This blog is dedicated to the task of reading the Bible as beholding Jesus Christ. And with this as the true goal of Scripture, it is the collaborated endeavor of this blog to explore the hermeneutic methodologies that get us there. (And often just to talk about Jesus.)

The necessary step from hermeneutic is theology, and then from theology is mission. The Luke-Acts narrative especially dramatizes this for us. Therefore, it is natural that gospel proclamation and church planting conclude the broader theme of this blog (with its most basic and greatest theme as Jesus).

It is our hope that the implications of how we read the Bible would be sincerely felt and genuinely motivating for application in gospel proclamation, church planting, and life (basically this means greater love for Jesus).
